Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused merchandise in the original packaging within 14 days from the day you receive your merchandise for a prompt refund.

Everything went great.

I have only only one sort of complaint and that is that I ordered a rudder for my Mercury and because I thought (wrongly as it turned out) that it would just be the rudder I ordered the parts as well. It would have been nice if someone had said the rudder comes complete guy you don't need the other parts. But being as I am on my second skeg spring you can never have too many spares.
Oh yes and I could, no matter how I tried set up the skeg control unit. It has four clicks and this was neither enough to get the skeg fully down or up. I in the end used the old top which turns continuously. It works.
