Explore 4 is a durable and completely waterproof headlamp that is perfectly suited for outdoor activities both on land and water. The headlamp comes with 3xAAA alkaline batteries and has a brightness of 400 lumens. You can also opt for the Explore 4RC with chargeable battery and cable.

Flexible attachment options, three different LED colors (white, orange and red) and an SOS blink signal in case of an emergency. Explore is simply a reliable companion in wet and dry conditions.

IMPORTANT LIGHTING FUNCTIONS
The Explore 4 is the ultimate kayakers headlamp. Light, waterproof, versatile. The Explore 4 has three different LED colors; white, red and orange, all of which fulfill different functions. The white light has a brightness of 400 lumens and is suitable for most activities where you want to see what is around you. The red light is gentle on the eyes, preserves night vision and is perfect to use if you have to get up at night and don't want to disturb others, for example when you stay in a tent or a mountain cabin. The orange light is ideal for map reading as it also highlights red markings when, for example, navigating at sea.

The "super low mode" where the headlamp only shines with 10 lumens. This light mode provides the opportunity to save battery time, but is also perfect to use when you want to read or when you want to use the headlamp to work with something up close. If you want a cozy tent lamp or boat lamp, you can place the headlamp inside the included pouch and you will get subdued cozy lighting.

Should an accident occur, Explore has a built-in SOS flashing light that is activated via the on/off button. This signal is the international standard for distress and for getting help.

100% waterproof in accordance with the IPX7 standard, which means that if you drop the headlamp in water, it can last up to 30 minutes in water at a depth of 1 meter. This makes it an extra safe adventure companion in watersports.

With the included belt/helmet mount, you can move the light unit from the headband and attach it to a PFD, belt or your backpack.

Choose the Explore 4 with 3xAAA batteries when you want to be able to easily change batteries on, for example, longer trips where you don't have access to electricity, or choose the Explore 4RC if you plan to use the headlamp often and want a headlamp with a rechargeable battery.
