Great catch - TOO heavy!

I bought the paddle after I tested it on a tour from a colleague and was impressed by the catch. The balance is unfamiliar – top heavy, but you will get used to ist. The catch is great and very precise. The blade feels rather big with much power. Unfortunately the weight given in the description is a lie: announced with 750 grams mine weighs 940 g without the drip rings! That’s too heavy for this price! If I had the option for another blade with this great catch and feeling in the water I wouldn´t accept this heavy stick. The first paddle I received wasn´t made properly - immediate and uncomplicated exchange was made.
